Solvent-free synthetic resin dispersion primer. Very low emissions. Can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:3. For pre-treating absorbent substrates such as cement screeds, raw concrete ceilings and for filling cement-based leveling compounds. For anhydrite screeds only before laying vapor-permeable coverings. Suitable for underfloor heating and chair castor loads.
