The special hotel and spa silicone OTTOSEAL ® S 140 is a sealant that was specifically developed for expansion and connection joints in permanently moist hygiene or swimming pool areas. OTTOSEAL ® proves its great strength S 140 due to its double protection against mould: In addition to the fungicidal treatment against mould, the special silicone is also treated with the ecologically harmless OTTO Fungitect ® Silver technology. This ensures long-lasting joints even in the most heavily used areas of hotels and spa facilities. In addition, OTTOSEAL ® S 140 is compatible with natural stone and does not cause any contamination of the edge zones.

- Special silicone for sealing and grouting in hygiene areas with very high demands on the silicone grouting, e.g. in damp rooms, public shower and bathing areas, in swimming pools, sports facilities, fitness studios, hospitals, thermal baths, wellness areas, hotel bathrooms, etc.
- For grouting ceramic tiles and natural stone in permanently wet areas
